About

Hey there, my name is Aly. I have a passion for cybersecurity so, even though I’m better at some things than others, I’m interested in anything that has to do with hacking. I put in a lot of time working on my skills so I can get to a level where I can make large, meaningful contributions to the security and privacy of the technologies that we rely upon daily.

I’m very concerned about the direction the tech field is going today in terms of privacy and security. Most of the products and services you use are not as secure as you think. There are a lot of people with the skills and motivation to abuse that. So… here I am trying to do my part in making the internet a safer place.

Interests

Outside of cybersecurity, I like martial arts. I’ve been doing judo for about 10 years and I also have experience in BJJ and wrestling. I like to lift casually to stay in shape and just to test myself every now and then.
